spouse on antiretrovirals. Is cunnilingus okay?

Girlfriend has HIV and has been on Antiretrovirals since been diagnosed. I am not hiv poisitive and we use a condom everytime we have sex. She goes down on me routinely but she will not allow me to go down on her for fear I might catch it. Now I have searched forums and although question has been asked before, I have yet to see a situation that fits this one. Cunninlingus to an HIV person on Antiretrovirals. I have read that hiv positive people have almost a 97% chance of reduced transmission. What about through oral sex

To my knowledge there have been reported cases of transmission from those performing oral sex on someone who is HIV positive but not the other way around
