Dear Dr.
on 17.03.08 i had a sex with sex worker but the condom i used got busted during sex ,and that i come to know after the  sex  .on 07 04.08 notice red spots on the penis immediately in between i had sex with two sex worker on 22.04.08 &30.04.08 with two condoms but oral sex without condom, i rushed to doctor he diagnosed me with the genital herpes and recommended me for hiv & vdrl test on same day i undergone a tests which were non reactive ,on 5.05.08 i again tested and were again non reactive for both now my doctor say no need to test it again but some where i have read that it took 3 months to get cleared whether the person is hiv   negative or positive & on 18.05.08 again tested for non reactive.
Do herpes was due to oral sex or due to broken condom idonot know and in case it was due to broken condom then am i exposed to hiv due to herpes because of oral sex.

please read the similar threads. the risk is very low. btw,where did this happen? in the US ?

You could have contracted Herpes either way. You don't contract HIV from receiving a blowjob.
