std or hiv incubation period

Can anybody tell me where I can find information about incubation period of all STDs. Including HIV? I had sex with sex worker and 3 days after I start to have various symptoms. I say symptoms but very supporting symptoms to HIV as neurological, oral and lymph node symptoms. I had test 16 weeks later and came back negative. Question is if is not HIV what can it be? And which STD can show symptoms in 3 days? I still think it is HIV even 16 weeks test says negative. Recently I white raised skin patch developed lateral border of my tongue.
