Hi,

You are Hiv -ve.
About your symptoms
white tongue - base of tongue is bit whitish most of people have it, we eat food and that causes it, not worrisome.
armpit pain(both) :- This happens as well but we do not concentrate on every part of our body when we have nothing to worry about. you must be facing this because of anxiety/stress .
just sum small bumps comes and goes ;- bumps ?? our body gets small bumps pustulates, etc time to time. ( do not make assumptions. )
thick urine :- did you know how your urine was before this incident ??
Your symptoms are Anxiety related.
None of your symptoms says anything about Hiv , but if you think these are really causing you problems you must go to see a doctor for examination .

But also believe your test results that you are -ve , although if you used protection you did not required a test for Hiv..!

See a Dr for your symptoms has nothing to do with HIV. You never needed to test.
