still a little anxious

Hi Doc,  I wrote you back a few months ago re exposure to a csw last november- she provided a condom and we had a couple of minutes of vaginal intercoure only-- the condom did not break I am sure.  I contacted her recently and she told me she was drug and diesease free- i would sure like to believe that- she looked fine and did not look like someone with a drug problem- but i know you cant always go on how someone  looks. What worries me is I have had an ongoing symptom re occasional burning and stinging on my back - there are some minute red bumps if i look close enough- my cat was recently sitting on me and i had just a t-shirt on- i got up and down a few times and she may have dug her claws into me a bit- as i had three small red bumps appear with a rash- the rash went away quite quickly when i applied cream but the bumps are still there and seem to be taking a long time to go away -I have been pretty hard on myself over this monumental act of stupidity- and the stress may be causing some of these symptoms-I have made an appointment to get tested to put this behind me- guess what i wanted to know is does this sound like any symptoms of hiv? can you get some kind of herpes on the back ? - i still get the occasional red bump popping up on my back now and then-  can i attribute most of this to anxiety/stress? I thought hiv symptoms took years- not months- I have not missed a day of work due to sickness in the last year- nor have i had lynph node swelling or fever/ night sweats etc.. this will be my last post to you as i will putt this behind me one way or the other by testing. thanks for your patience in dealing with my anxiety- also have you ever seen some turn positive after a one time protected vaginal episode. thanks again>>>>>
