still worried

in december i had unprotected sex somewhat. im male, another friend of mine was ******* my laps there was no insertion but he came  ejaculated very close to my anus. im pretty sure he didnt enter me but im not .not even sure if any of his sperm may have sliped into me.  i asked him and he said he was HIV negative. you cant rely on anybodys say so. anyways here are my questions

1. what are my HIV risk exposure...is it high risk or low risk
2. i had a HIV TEST at 9weeks and it came back negative
3. at four weeks post exposure i had a cold and a somewhat sore throat,,,its flu season and i was given antibiotics for them would that effect my HIV test results.
4. im also on hypertensive medicine would that have any  effect on my Test results
5. i also live in africa and dont know the generation of test done, but they drew blood from me. but its apretty reliable diagnostic lab does that matter?

very worried and would like to have an urgent feed bac.

p.s does hypertensive drugs cause dry mouth
