still worried

well, to be honest with you, i have received an anal sex, it was protected till the condom broke. i am not sure about the guy's status.
i went for a blood test after 25 days from that exposure, and it came back negative.
i went for the second test after 9 weeks again came back negative.
the third one after 10 weeks and it came negative.
can i be sure of the result? what is the accuracy of these 3 tests?

well, all the tests were anti body tests.
i had a cold after 2 months from that exposure, with no rush no noticeble fever. just runny nose , sneezing and one night sweat. i went for endoscopyi had diagnosed with reflux esophagitis after 15 days from the sex exposure
now it is 2.5 months from that exposure, i just started feeling tired. i am not sure due to my anxiety and depression that i am going through these weeks. i ve been searching for every single website to get proper information.
