stipper incident please help

Dear, DR

Ok i had never been to a strip club before and didnt really care for them but, for a friends party i got talked into going to one. I regret this day so much. We were sitting right up in front of the stage having a couple of drinks and talking when i heard a flicking noise i turned to see what it was when something hit me in the eyes. It was the stipper flicking her vagina pearcing. I believe a small amount of something got in my eyes. What is my risk of getting hiv from a small amount of vaginal  fluid entering my eyes. It's been about 2 months ago and i have built so much stress and axiety and for some reason i get never had occassional chills that start from my neck down to my legs. Could this just be from the stress. I've been a community blood donor for about 5 years now. Since this happend ive been afraid to donate. Would i be at hiv risk in this case do i need to be tested. Please help me ease my mind.

The answer will be short because there is no risk.  Strippers simply cannot "shoot" vaginal secretions towards people, even if they have piercings and HIV has never been transmitted in the manner that you suggest.  You have no risk and have no medical reason for testing.  On the other hand, you are so anxious that you should get a test for your own peace of mind.  then, when the test is negative, you can know that you do not have HIV.  An HIV test for you, in your situation at this ti me will be 100% reliable.  EWH

Dr. Hook thank you for your help you have put my mind at ease.
I know you are a busy doctor but if you could answer one question i will not bother you anymore.

1) the crazy cold chill down my back when i get nervous could this be from the anxiety and stress from this encounter or could it be another disease like hepatitis because i was close enough to her vagina to fell some type of liquid or mist in my eyes.

thank you

Any symptoms you are describing are far, far more likely to be a manifestation of your anxiety than a manifestation of hepatitis or any other STD.  Work to get over this, it was a no risk event. EWH
