stomach lymph nodes

can sore or swollen lymph nodes under the stomach be ars hiv smptom or related to hsv2 fist outbreak I have read that some people will have a feeling of pressure below the stomach which I had. Was the presure I was feeling from nodes and the hsv2 or could it be more serious from ars? scared to death. It was either 7 weeks post or coulda been 3 weeks post risky oral sex on a guy.
