swollen glands

hi ,
I had a risky encounter . and after 4 weeks i had swollen lymphoid   ,no fiver , and lots of tiredness .
when i stand up i see the swollen lymphoid in the groin and when i lay down the lymphoid disappear even when i search with the hand i am not able to find the lymphoid . when i apply pressure from the stomach the lymphoid appear .

You had no risk and you sure can't diagnose swollen lymph nodes. Sounds like you need to be checked for hernias.

then what about the lymphoid i see in the groin when i stand up and when i lay down it disappear ? I feel very scared seeing to the lympnode in the groin.

I had vegnel sex with sex worker .. used two condom and was very aggressive .. sex last for 3 minutes or so .. but when i ejected the sex worker ran into the wash room . i saw the condom but could not see the condom was torn or not as the room was dark ..
i am very scared right now .
