swollen lymph nodes

Many experts told me I was never exposed to HIV(MM, unprotected Oral sex and MAYBE frotagge). I dying, don't know what to do, I started yesterday with swollen lymph nodes on my neck(after almost 6 weeks). I wanted to do me an oraquick tomorrow but I'm not sure how reliable this will be. how reliable an rapid HIV test (oral) is at six weeks? shuld I wait another 2, 4, 6 weeks? (What is a DUO test?) How does swollen lymph node should feel?

Thank your for the link, just want to know how reliable a test at six weeks is? should i wait another six weeks?
