swollen lymph nodes

Hello! I have a question related to ARS, more specifically adenopathy. I had a possible exposure a bit over 6 weeks ago. Since then I have been experiencing various symptoms, but the one that concerns me the most is the fact that I'm getting my lymph nodes swelling one by one(it started a week ago - during week 6). It started with my right inguinal area, then it moved to the left inguinal side, then down on my right thigh and next in my left thigh. It feels like some sort of infection is moving down my legs. All the lymph nodes first hurt, however after a couple of days the pain subsides but they stay swollen. Is this how ARS adenopathy occurs??? I always thought it would start with all lymph nodes at the same time...
Thanks for any input you might have... Lily.

I know what you're all saying about matching symptoms to the internet. I'm trying to quit... but the fact is I really freaked out when I found out my friend had something similiar. You can't imagine the scenarios I've been imagining for the past 6 weeks... Plus the fact that both of us have been feeling unwell.
I just can't help thinking how screwed up that'd be if someone tried to hurt us on purpose. I sure hope everyone is right and nothing serious happened... Thanks for your answers, it feels good when people listen.

apparently you dont know how bad fingers bleed :)

you were not at risk from the situation that you described above.  it is obvious by the words you are using that you are spending alot of time searching for hiv symptoms.  keep searching...pretty soon you will have all of them.  it happens to everyone that stays on the internet looking up hiv.

move on............

But as always you can go get tested anyway since its good to have an annual test if you have been active sexually.

Thats situation is a zero risk situation for HIV.  I would forget about it and move on with life.

I know what I'm about to relate might sound bizarre. But here it goes: 6 weeks ago I went to a club with a couple of friends. We only stayed for a couple of hours. Before leaving we used the restroom (I'm mentioning that because I didn't notice anything suspicious at that time). After that we went back in the club to get our coats and headed for the exit. When I got home I noticed I had a small cut with blood showing on my left index finger and two 1-cm big blood stains on the jacket I had carried in my hand while moving through the crowd to exit the club. I wondered if the cut on my finger caused the stains, but they were too big to come from that superficial wound. The next day I found out one of my friends who was in club with me had a similar cut on one of her fingers.
2 weeks after I developed a strange ulceration on my right leg (calf) which healed in about 2 weeks. I got an itchy urticaria on my belly after, and for the past week this adenopathy I described above. I tested negative for stds at 4 weeks. What do you make of that?
Thanks for your time and input.
