swollen lympnodes related to HIV?

i have had swollen lymph nodes in my neck for about 6 months now the very in size day to day but are always swollen. bellow my left one there is another swollen abnormality im not sure what it is or if this could  anyway be related to HIV or any other STD's. I would greatly appreciate any knowledge on this
