symptoms hiv with -ve test

I did a sexual relationship are not protected and I was gonorrhea
I discovered it after a month and a half of injury
Became very concerned about the hiv
I have developed symptoms after 72 days, such as swelling in the lymph nodes
That continues to this moment
I had several tests for HIV antibodies after the relationship with 45 days to 96 days and all negative
Comprehensive tests after the onset of symptoms by 10 days and 24 days
(Last test was after the onset of symptoms by 24 days after the risk of 96 days and the result was negative)
last test was CMIA=Chemiluminescent Microparticle Immunoassay

Question: Is it a period of 24 days after the onset of symptoms long enough for the emergence of antibodies ?

Question: Do I have to re-test ?

Q3:Do I have try different test?
