symptoms of early hiv

hi Dr i want to ask a quastion about hiv symptoms i got married b4 5 month and for me i had test of hiv b4 2 or 3 years and it was negative but i had sex without condom with my gf for 2 3 years and when i got married i didnt make a test but my wife did and it was negative 2 but after we got married in 2 or 3 month she start feeling pain, Aching joints, and she was taking a Contraception, only joints aching nothing else no flue no sweting nothing and both of us didnt get sick in this 5 month and both of us have a good health is the joints aching coulde be a symptoms of hiv or its from the pills thank you
