symptoms

I have had unprotected vaginal sex about 24 days ago. I present no symptoms such as swollen glands, head or body aches, sweats. Butsince yesterday, I have had a small spot on my tongue. It is painless and almost looks like geographic tongue. I have been experiencing a metallic taste in my mouth and heartburn. I think it is stress related. I also have been brushing my tongue with my toothbrush.

Is it possible that my stress is causing this? Or brushing my tongue? My exposure was 30 to 60 seconds at most.

I just want to know about my tongue and if stress can cause this. Otherwise I feel fine, besides anxiety and stress.
