syphilis and hiv from kiss and suck nipple.

hi doctor. im from mainland china.  i want to konw is that syphilis and hiv can transmit from kiss and suck nipple. because i have done this two thing with a prostitute 3days ago, but no any sex behavior.   some chinese dr said: syphilis may transmit by kiss ,if her have the syphilis. so please help me.
