ARS symptoms if they happen at all happen 2-4 weeks post infection. 7.5 weeks is not a conclusive test. It really doesn't matter that she tested 6 month previous. What matters is what her test result would have been just before you had unprotected sex with her, if she had, had no other unprotected sex in the mean time, then her negative result would be valid.
....so coughing up this thick stuff with sore throat and fever are not symtoms (symptoms) of ars???? Could ars start at 8 weeks??? I going to get a test tomorrow which will be 9 and half weeks...i know its not 3 months....but how good will the test be at that point??? thank you so much for your help
The only way to know that you have had ARS symptoms is by testing positve and having it confirmed. If you have a negative result you didn't have ARS. HIV has no specific symptoms and you can not rely on symptoms to diagnose HIV.
