teak please help!

I got aware yesterday that I have a swollen lymph node at the back of my neck. Also I have sinusitis and pharangitis for two days and using antibiotics and getting better each day.

I also have an impacted wisdom tooth on the same side with swollen leymph node.

I got a test on the first day of parangitis and sinusitis and a few days later swollen leymph nodes. In this case it is supposed to be positive or it takes some more time?

Could this impacted wisdom teeth be the reason of swollen leymph node?

I need your advice and opiniobs.

Thanks a lot.
