temperature 36 degrees but i feel hot in my body (been 3 weeks)

as the title said..
docter say i got slight thypoid fever sympthoms
and he give me some antibiotics, after consume about1-2 weeks. im much better but i still feel hot in my body but no fever. can someone give some clue? what happened to me?

i did had protected sex 1 month before, but im not feeling Fever, Rash, Night sweats, Muscle aches
    Sore throat
    Swollen lymph nodes

just a little bit fatique.. is this related to h1v?

In a scenario of protected sex when the protection remained intact and did not fail during penetration, HIV risk is ZERO. Your risk never existed. Period.

i did the checkup and the result is non reactive. told me to back in 3 month. if i do the checkup in the month later, and the result still the same 'non reactive',that does means im free of h1v?
