temperature and hiv

Hi all,
I work in a food store and naturally spend a lot of time in chillers and freezers. How does temperature effect how transmissable hiv is to cuts on hands etc?? Many thanks...

Ive read that in cold temperatures hiv can be very stable. Is this only in lab conditions and are the elements of the virus that enable it to adhere to cells still ineffective??
