could a petachia rash appear 12 days after possible exposure if i had indeed contracted hiv at that time.It is only on the back of my thighs and has been diagnosed by a dr as petachia.

ARS rash isn't petachia. What was your exposure?

Symptoms do not mean anything. I had a rash on my face and chest after 12 days of "exposure" and tested negative at 3 months and was told by many on here I had no risk in the first place.
