I in 26 February is a girl without condoms for oral sex, 1 March to test center testing HIV, the test is CMIA and elisa.cmia reported to be positive in that report ELISA is negative. Respectively on 8 March, 30 March and 3 may go on a test center for HIV, the test is ELISA HIV1 2 (Ag AB), report the result is negative. I would like to ask the doctor I can exclude the?? and test center staff told me that CMIA inspection accuracy than ELISA high.

You got a false positive because you tested after only 4 days. You'll never ever get a correct result after such a short time!

Secondly, oral sex is not considered to be a risk and that's the second reason why you're negative. You never had an exposure in the first place.

Thank you for your reply. I have come to Malaysia, the window period in Malaysia is 6 months. I need to test it? There are third generations or fourth generations of empty window period is how long?

You have done 4th gen Elisa test, that's conclusive after 4 weeks. Only if you would have a immuundisorder (where you already would be in hospital for), end stage Cancer or PEP would could cause theoratical delay.(theoratically, because even then it's rare to cause delay) 6 month is for 2nd generation testing and 3 month for 3rd generation testing. Many govnerments haven't updated their guidelines because of their structure and caution positions. Furthermore like the others say, Oral is no real risk for HIV! Together with Negative ELISA I think you are HIV negative. The CMIA has a bigger accurancy, but is known for false positives.

No one has ever been infected with HIV from receiving oral sex.  You will not be the first.  Oral sex is NOT a risk for HIV.  You can ignore any test results apart from the negatives you have received.  You do not have HIV.

But the first report is positive and negative two results and inspector told me two tests as 99.8% and 99.5%, I fear. So from the beginning of March, I always surf the Internet to look for information about HIV, the body rash, oral white spots began to fear they are infected with HIV symptoms. Keep distance with my wife and children.
