test result index .12

hi all ,

last day i have gone to HIv combo test , i had never had a  exposer to any kind of saxual workout , but in 2004 i had been through the 4 consicutive orthopadic operation of humoros (left lymph ) , since then there was no check for the HIv  , in the last combo HIV 1 and 2  test i got the index value .12 ,, kindly some one tell me that is this a normal thing to get some value like .12 ? , is there are the case where this value comes zero ? and why this valu is there as i have no interpertation of having the HIV

Anything less than 1 is normal. There will never be a 0.
