tested + herpes on thigh

I was tested positive for herpes after 6 weeks exposure.  I had a broken skin which was scratched from the shower door on the thigh before the sex act.  Couple of red spots grew after 20 days. Is it also possible that I could get HIV virus that entered from this broken skin?

You didn't say which type of herpes that you tested for. You only need to have skin to skin contact with someone that has herpies to contract it. You don't need broken skin to contract herpes.
