tested Negative but suspect to have hiv

i'm gay, 20 years old, college student. and this is my story:

About a week (+a few days) ago, I started to worry if I got hiv through 2 encounters with 2 guys (separately) I met on the internet:

1) the first guy (around Dec 20): we deep-kissed in his car. he jacked me off a little, but I never touched his privates. I humped his rear but with both his pants and my pants on. i came in my pants he came on his stomach.

2) the second guy(Jan 11-13): we deep-kissed in his room; he had put his finger not so far but into my anus with his saliva. his penis has rubbed against and around my anus but never went inside. and I never went into him either. no blow-jobs. he also told me that i was the first one he messed around with since over 3 months, and i knew for fact that he studies medical stuff and he told me he'd go get tested every 3 months.

I went to get tested on feb 13, exactly a month after i "messed around" with the second guy. it came out Negative.

I know there's that window period and I'm worried that i might be in it during the test. reasons:
I kind of have symptoms of ARS (first hiv stage):
low fever, chills, and still neck...but strangely they all happen at night (it's been 3-4 days). during the day i'm fine.

there are lots of cold and flu going around on campus, my roommate is sick, but he has running nose, which i don't..only low fever during the night. I really don't know if i'm just having a regular flu plus stress and anxiety or i do actually have hiv.

i'm planning to get tested again in 2 weeks (that is 6 weeks after exposure). my first test was a rapid test and I knew the accuracy is extremely high but i'm just worried that it might be during the window period.

so what do u guys think? do i have it? would a hiv test show positive if i'm already in the first stage of hiv?

but what if the second guy's pre-cum got onto my anus and went inside? pre-cum can carry hiv as well right?

You were never at risk. HIV cannot transmit outside it's host.
