I had sex,  once with a friend , and i had std, HIV test  all come back negative after 13 weeks I wan to know if i need to get tested again after  3 month or  13 weeks for HIV  std

Just to clarify when I get tested does it matter if it's 12 weeks (84 days), or 13 weeks (90 days) for a conclusive result?

3 months will give you a conclusive test result. Doesn't matter if it's 12/13 weeks.
