tests third worl country

Hi, i was wondering if a 3 month hiv test is conclusive even if i took it in a third wolrd contry (colombia, south america). I had oral with a sex worker unprotected and the protectes vaginal sex. Some days after i had viral meningitis and doctors didnt really find the cause of it. I have read it is one of the symptoms of seroconversion, and i am really worried. Took the hiv test 3 months after my meningitis syptoms started and the result was negative. Do i have to restest further? Are tests in Colombia reliable at 3 months for conclusive result? Ive had many other symptoms related to ars like fever, pharingitis, head aches. Please help me and advice me on what i should do. The thing that worries me the most is not finding a cause for my meningitis and the timming that is ocurres some days after my exposure. HELPPP

you NEVER had a risk and did not need testing.

Your test is conclusive. All market tests are 3 months now. You never had a risk to begin with.
