the anxiety is killing me

I had sex with a prostitute last week, I used two condoms  at the same time, the condoms is not broken, but I glimpse later that there are some littles wounds on my foreskin of my penis caused by rubbing during the sex, and my foreskin of penis is too long, the foreskin can cover entirely  my glans,  so i have pulled back my foreskin of penis before putting the two condoms on my penis. My question is if there are some vaginal fluid contact my foreskin of penis that i have pulled back,is there an risk for me to contact hiv?because the foreskin was moving during the sex, so i am not sur the condom cover entirely the foreskin, and i have a little wounds on my foreskin caused by friction.
