is there any risk to infect hiv from the underwear clothes? for erxample the sex liquids of a person we donot know contact to a underwear and after few minutes we wear this clothes and thay contact to my penis's hole that is wet?
Yes you can be tested but don't think having the gene will totally prevent you from contracting HIV.
