the wound of vein haemospasia

the wound of vein haemospasia just stopped bleeding . Unfortunately, this wound happened to touch with a little hiv blood, is it dangerous?

Thank you! He touch my wound with his hands unintentionally.
But I clearly remembered that he Squeezed blain on the face about 15 min ago. So some blood and  body fluid must be left on his hand and went into my wound of vein haemospasia indirectly. It is terrible.
