hey i was just wondering like i knwo meds for hiv/aids can cost alot of money but like how much coudl ti be if you have insurenct like each month cuz i was looking it up and it said around 2000 eahc month and i was wondering if that was wiht insurecnt or not

That's not a question that is easily answered. Unless you have very good insurance you can expect to pay just for meds a co-pay from 150-400 a month. That's just for HIV medications. You never take just HIV medications undoubtedly you will have to take other medication also.

Retail price means little... One of my husband's drugs costs about $800/month, but it's covered by our $20 copay. Another of his drugs would be around $200/month, but since it's not considered "preferred" it's a $40 copay. The only way to know is to look up your meds on your insurance company's website.
