throat swelling possible infection (viral/bacterial)

Hello Doctor,
I am 28 year old male. My symptoms are feeling of chocking throat, red color line on the hanging bit inside the mouth (uvula), chest pain not severe but persisting for last 4 weeks (gradually increased). Usually goes away in the morning after I wake up, get worse during the day but if i relax it slows down although still there. Throat swelling remains. MRI report showed "little tongue swollen"  doctor's comment.

Background: More than 1 month ago I recently had safe sex with a prostitute, I did kissed her saliva definitely exchanged. No oral sex but played with her vagina with my fingers and I accidentally put my finger in my mouth after washing my hand.
What kind of infections this points to? I have final exams in 2 days and I have seen at least 4 doctors.I am going to ENT doctor tomorrow, what should I ask for to get tested for STI or anything else?

I am not worried about HIV. STI test will be for throat infection, not for HIV.

ENT doctor may be able to find any possible infection or cancer.
Again reading my first and second posts could anyone point out any possible problem I may have

You don't need an HIV test you never had an exposure.

Just now and few times before i noticed while i cleared my throat (small pressure not a lot) small trace of blood and it is  hurting in my throat. As well any STI infections there is possible risk of cancer i am fearing.

What tests Should i go for to at least find out please. I know that  HIV is not possible but above mentioned is what making me worried.
