thrush/brown tongue hiv

about 6 weeks ago I had a three way with two men (I am male) where i performed oral sex on both of them and we then had several sessions of protected anal sex, a new condom each time and no one came until we masturbated in the end.  One of the two guys did however push on my rectum with his penis without a condom and at one point it hurt and i told him to stop.  I do not believe he penetrated me.  However, I was recently sick with sinus drainage and a brief sore throat, which is now gone but I went through a course of antibiotics (biaxin xl).  I am now abroad, in Paris, and I have a thick white/brown coating on parts of my tongue.  I am concerned that this is thrush and it is from HIV.  i was prescribed more antibiotics by a french doctor when i still had the sore throat (he was not familiar with the biaxin xl) and an antifungal triflucan for the tongue, which he attributed to the antiobiotics.  The coating is not really going away though, and while I did not take the full course of the new antibiotics, I have been taking the antifungal.  
I know that oral sex without ejaculation is low risk, but is this coating a bad sign?  I got tested today at a french std clinic (it takes a week for results) and they will do multiple tests (elisa and p24 antigen i believe) and said that at 6 weeks its accurate.  Anyone with a similar story is encouraged to share.

Thrush is not HIV specific and in the situation you've provided you did not have a risk. Keep using condoms and water base lube for all anal sex.

Thrush is a regular side effect of antibiotics. You had no risk in the situtation you described.
