It depends. some people never get symptoms.
Did you have a risk you want to ask about?

No thrush is not one of the first symptoms you get. Thrush is not HIV specific. Anyone can get thrush at any time.

a little over a year ago I was drunk and me and a buddy of mine messed around, he said he used something but he could be lieing and it only lasted a couple of minutes if that because I passed out, then I freaked out and 22 days later got tested for everything and all came back good, now I took some antibiotics and got a yeast infection in my mouth and down below and it just seems to get worse even while taking the diflucan.  I am stressing big time so Im not sure if thats what is causing the yeast infection to get worse.  I have totally been OCD about the whole hiv thing.
