You have to be injected. You got poked, no risk.
even if the needle is attached to a syringe during a prick, no risk of infection with HIV?
even if to prick blood is no risk of infection with HIV?
No you don't need testing from being pricked by a needle. Had the needle been loaded and you injected it into your blood stream then you would have had a possible risk.
Mr. Teak sorry for spelling, vocabulary use and receive errors. I mean I know that you are working in the HIV field, and therefore ask you. Just getting different information about this case and ask why a competent person. No need for HIV testing in the prick of a needle syringe discarded on the street? I know you repeat the question but I'm not sure I understood correctly.
hmm i am not as experienced as teak but from what i know, hiv cannot survive long in the air, not even 2 minutes!.. so there is zero chance of acquring hiv through an old discarded syringe.. hope this is good enough..
