touched inside foreskin with viginal fluids

in my last exposure i have touched the inside of my pennis foreskin with my hand & on my hand viginal fluids are present on it,because i have a doubt i went for test  after 19 weeks & have a negative result & now pls answer me just once pls that is this test was conclusive enough to prove that i m negative or i need anather testing?

pls answer it as it will remove all my stress & i will comfortably go for marrige....

pls do answer one thing more that in any kind of risk if the test after 12 weeks is negative it is conclusive or not?  Reported Report this Spam

could you or any one pls answer me as per my question ,ok as per u i m in no risk but due to doubt i went for test after 19 weeks now i just want to confirm that if i was at any risk then this test is reliable or not?.........pls assure me with this & HIV will be over for me......
