transgender nipple suck hiv risk

Hello I had an exposure that I am deeply wprried about. I had an almost encounter with a transgender. We had basically a short mutual masturbation with seperate hands and no exchange of fluids and then something happened. I sucked on her nipple and tasted something weird. Now I am not sure what it was and right after that I stopped. 1)Can transgender people produce breast milk that can be infected and can I get infected by this?
2)I am planning to get an early detection test for hiv in two weeks ( most probably after 15-16 days would that be conclusive or should I be worried if negative for my case

Hi I just got my test results for hiv rna test after 2 weeks and 4th gen duo test after 4 weeks. Both came back negative. Should I get further testing or are these conclusive? I know this was only theoritical risk but want to be sure thank you very much

thank you all for your comments. I am still having some anxiety and I am planning to get tested with early detection after 15 days mark and possibly another 4th gen testing after 3 weeks and maybe another after 6. This is also for other stds as well which can happen regardless of this experience (possibly from touching). I know its not needed but this is only way I will ease my mind. Will they be conclusive ?

Thank you James that relieves me some sort. I think this case was such an extreme and rare case I was not able to find any conclusive research.even with reported cases of unprotected oral sex they say it's not possible and with no cases reported like this I was not sure what to think. I think my anxiety won't get better for a while but I'll try my best maybe I can get tested as well and close this case. Unless you have any closing comments to help me I think I can safely continue my life and not worry with having sex with my partner who I know has no infections.

The only time breast milk would be of any concern is when breastfeeding a baby who is only a few months old and their own immune system hasn't kicked in.  You're fine, you have had no risk.  Not even a slight one.

Vance thank you very much for your extended help. I have been going through hell lately sleepless nights loss of apetite and everything. I never wanted to question your knowledge for all I know you are well experienced and possibly have a degree in medical. I am just wondering why do you think it is a no risk? I know it's possible for transgender people that are on hormone treatment can produce milk but my concern is it there any known cases of breast milk infection and if there is any especially that is acquired from trangender. I think I would need to get tested for reassurance so I think I should get tested would you consider rna test at 2-3 weeks reliable and enough for this exposure
