transmission question and hiv testing

Hello,i really wanna know your thoughts abïut my risk.
I am a female,i would like to know,is it possible to become infected if just the head of the penis enter the vaginal opening for a few seconds?
I tested negative 6 1/2 weeks after the last contact.
