ulcers and sore throat

About 6 months ago I had unprotected anal sex. Then about 3 months ago we had unprotected vaginal sex.
I felt ill during that time ever since the anal intercourse, such headache, diarrhea or nausea...it was around my final exams, so of course, that can be explained as ''stress''. My headache responded to paracetamol and my diarrhea and nausea didn't continue up to more than a few days.
My worries are coming together now. I had a few mouth ulcers over the summer (two or three at a time), and they're gone now -sometimes I get them from drinking a glass that doesn't belong to my household. Not sure if this has anything to do with HIV? Also I got dry cough and feeling low (no fever, or swollen glands) since a week now, even though the medication helps (Strepsils, Lemsip, hot drinks, honey and lemon), I am still worried. I'd like to get tested, but I'd need some professional health advice, if I'm gone mentally crazy or that I should do the test? I've read everywhere that people MAY NOT develop any symptoms at the early stage. Thank you for your help.

If your last unprotected sex was 3 months ago you can test now and obtain your conclusive test result.
