uncaring positive ahole working in a kitchen

I work in a Vietnamese restaurant and I have a cousin that works here also he is hiv positive he is a chef and owns the place the department of health knows this but still lets him work here do to discrimination laws. we serve po bo which is raw beef that is thinly sliced and I have seen him cut his self many times and with his bloody hand pick up the meat and place it on people trays and serve it to them.

I questioned him one time and he said they cannot catch it dies no one have ever caught it from eating it and jokes it makes them stronger it will help them fight off the virus. I have told this to the department of health they have done nothing about it one worker said no one has ever caught it that way. (that they have traced back to)

I know hiv, dies when being dry but they are eating moist food with blood on from the animal itself and his blood it this has been bothering me a lot, there is noting I can do to stop it. I have cut myself a few times to see if the blood dries and on most beef it does not dry but it does very quickly on paper but still remains wet on the wet meat

I seen online that yes it does die in stomach acid but can infect the mucus membranes. I have done so much reading over the last few weeks I have come across something that says even if its wet the proteins stop it from infecting people because it makes the disease unable to replicate.

Can I have some information on this because he is a slob that does not care about the welfare of others and I don't know what to do. this is scaring me because I know he is not alone there must be other people out there like him and when I think of this it makes me sick.

teak I see you are working these forums like a champ all day all night and i have admire that if you are real but your answers are so very impersonal are you a really alive or are you a computer program that gives generic answers. I ask because you never go into any details if you are human can you write back and say the answer to 3 plus 3.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

NOT AN HIV CONCERN.
