under this circumstance, will he be infected with HIV?

assume the following circumstance:

there are two men named A and B
A is HIV+,  B got  redundant prepuce
A insert his penis into B's foreskin
it means that B's foreskin has  wrapped both A and B's penis
then A ejaculates
can we regard this circumstance as "inside the body"? will B be infected with  HIV?

Its called ' docking' . Never came across a person being infected by docking alone. Don't think a study has been conducted on this subject. If it was a risk, it would have been made known. Technically, the sexual act itself (the movement of the foreskin in order to ejaculate) would allow exposure to air now and then. Logically, where there is air exposure, the virus would be made null. I would consider this the same as frottage. Hope this helps.
