unknown cut on knee

when I  returned home from the gym, I found a 4cm cut on my knee, and it was bleeding, but I do not feel painful, actually I did not notice how i got that cut. Do I have any risk of HIV? may be in the worst possible case? do I need PEP now? I'm very worried :(

thank you, but for some reason I still feel worried, that cut was not so painful, but it bleed a decent amount of blood. I do not know if there are any worse possible case happen? :( sorry for my anxiety

Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other I'v drug abusers
Mother to child.
