unprotected oral sex with ejaculation

Dear Doctor,

I am male 30 and recently I have exposure to unprotected oral sex behaviour with ejaculation with and messaga parlour lady. That was the 2 min exposure where she sucked my dick and I ejaculated in her mouth. After one month I am feeling sudden itching in the penis front side. It come and goes suddenly during the day.I took the HIV Tri Dot test at 29 days and it came out negative. Now I am really worried for next test which will be after 90 days. Please let me know chances of getting HIV through this act. I am really worried about result of my next HIV test.

Dear Doctor,

I am sorry to again reply on this thread. I just want to elaborate little bit more on my incidence. When I had recevied the BJ with ejaculation , I was suffering from acute epididymitis. I hear that STD presence will increase the chance of HIV. I have not done any kissing it was less than 1.5 minutes interaction. I took TriDot test at 30th Day and it came out negative. Please let me know is this still concern for me. I am nervous for my next test which will be after 2 month. please advice.

Thanks,

Hi Liz,

Thanks for your reply. But before this episode happend(2-3 months back) I was having the inflammation in my left testis. I never had intercourse with anyone till now. Does this affect any result ? Also, How much accuracy is TriDot Test at 30th Day ?

I went through the threads and found most of the oral without ejacualtion. I am worried because ejaculation happened in her mouth.

Thanks,
