unprotected sex - headache now!!!!

Hi - I had unprotected sex 2 weeks ago and the past 2 days i have been having an off-and-on headache throughout the day!!!

does this have anything to do with hiv symptoms or an indication of acute hiv or anything?

i usually never have headaches. i do however think i just got a cold today, so maybe thats the cause? (i dont know!)
also the weather has been changing and that usually messes up my allergies, im just curious to see what people have to say.

please help! :(  can't stop thinking about this

Hey mate a 4th week 4th gen/duo test or 8 week anti-body test is a very good indication of hiv status, but you need a 3 month test to be conclusive.

Symptoms or lack of does not diagnose HIV. HIV has no specific symptoms.

thanks teak. i know syptoms (symptoms) dont mean anything, but i have been so much anxiety over this lately. i guess you can say im just looking for some helpful insights or uplifting words to calm me down before i can test in a couple weeks.

Most people that test Neg, have a lot of the ARS 'Like" symptoms and then most that test Pos. Have no symptoms at all. So even if we tell you that your headache alone is not a symptom of HIV it is still possible that you may be infected. This is why we do not discuss symptoms and why they do not tell you anything about your HIV status.

ive been having this same headache for about 1 1/2 weeks! off and on headache and i dont know if its because i keep stressing over it, its my cavity that hurts that i need to take care of, or something else. please help with advice! :(

what about if i go to a doctor's office or clinic and take an oral rapid test that's ready in 20 min??? 6 weeks ok or is that too early ?

3 months is conclusive, a 6 week negative test is not likely to change.

HIV does not have specific symptoms, all negative symptoms in our body may be due to HIV. you had unprotected sex. I strongly recommend you testing after 90 days of window period .
