unprotected sex and HIV

Just out of curiosity, does anybody have any statistics on the likelihood of contracting HIV if you have UNPROTECTED sex with a partner who you know HAS HIV/AIDS?

That is not correct. Serum viral loads isn't the same as semen viral loads.

depends  if  theyre  on medication  and  what  theyre  viral load is  
  viral  load is  how  infectious  the  virus  is  in someones body  if someone is undetable  less  risk

Yeah I totally agree. I'm just curious because I read somewhere on this board that there is a 1/2000 chance. I thought that was very low. Not that I am in any way advocating unprotected sex. Its a purely abstract and hypothetical question. I hope everybody would be responsible enough to not do anything that would make them a statistic.
