doctor ,

i need an expert genuine advice on the subject ,

i was with very high risk prostitute , this area prostitutes have 85 % hiv case

ok , i had gone to her

i slept on her bed sheet , and she sat next to me , she touched my  nipples over my shirt  ,  my worry is that i slept on the same place afterwards where she was sitting , she was wearing panty , my penis might have come in contact with some menstrual blood on the bedsheet , bcoz it was in touch with the same area were she was sitting , also i was not undressed and was wearing pants and underwear all th etime , i ejactulated in my clothes only

i know its very paranoid to think like this , what in worst case do i have aminimal chance to get hiv /std like this ,

is it possible tht blood / vaginal fluid on th e bedsheet ( she may be mensturating ) , has gone from my cotton pants then underwear and then urethra opening please help

also she touched my penis twice over my clothes only .

I have read your question and your interaction with the HIV prevention community site.  I agree with their assessment - there is NO risk,.  HIV is a fragile virus which does not live well outside of the body.  You did not penetrate her in any way and no one has EVER gotten HIV through clothing or from a bedsheet, even if it was contaminated with infected secretions.

There is NO RISK to you at all and you do not need testing

Hope this helps.  Please don't worry.  EWH
