uretra against vagina! risk?

Hello,
please help me with my concern.

I rubbed my unprotected penis head against a vagina. i'm sure that my uretra was defenitly in contact with her vaginal fluids. I just rubbed against her critoris, vulva and all that "red parts" in the vagina, but without penetration.
I was very close to penetrate her, bu I couldn't!

Does it a risk for HIV? Considering my uretra was pressing her vagina and vaginal fluids had contact with my penis directly from her vagina.

thank you!

No, it's outside the host. You didn't have unprotected penetrative sex.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

Even if vaginal fluids enter in my uretra while I was rubbing her vagina?
