use the towel to wipe out sperm , what is the risk

I employ a prostitute 12 days ago. I was really scare because I never do this before. So i was lying there and let she do what she want. She put on a condom for me and then she ride on top of me. after I eject,she stand up and remove the condom out, and then she go out, take a hot towel to wipe my entire penis. So I was afraid that may be some of her fluid may go down to my penis hair because she was riding on top of me. Then, she use a hot towel to wipe my whole penis so I was afraid it take the fluid on my hair and contact to the top of my penis and thus I may get HIV. And I don't even know if the towel she used is clean or not. Can any body analyze the risk for me? What if she use that towel on another men before me? I really freak out until now. I was stupid to employ a prostitute. I will marry my girl friend in September and we never have sex with each other. Me make a promise to keep it until the wedding day :( So I dont know what to say to her? should I cancel the wedding to wait until 3 months to go get test or wat? I really nervous . I heard that PCR test can detect hiv within a week only. After that it can not detect hiv any more? that what the hiv hot line tell me. They also say that PCR is not recommended so I dont know what to do. Is there any other test that you dont have to wait than the antibody one?

Thanks alot for your answer. But what about the PCR test, some people told me it will be very effective to detect hiv as early as 12 days . but the lady in the HIV HOT LINE told me it can detect within 1 week after infection. So i am puzzle
