vaginal fluid and unprotected oral

I have committed the first and the biggest mistake of my life on 21st sep 09. I met a CSW and had decided that I will not penetrate her but will have massage and masturbation.
After having the message she had masturbated me and I was thru. After that session I had some drinks and again begin the massage session but the only difference was we both were naked and she sat on me and began to rub her vagina near my penis. I am very much sure that I have not penetrated at all but I can definitely say that her vaginal fluid was in contact of my penis, may be her discharge have touched the top opening of my penis.
After a gap of 10 minutes she insisted me for intercourse, I had cautiously worn the condom and had the session. I removed the condom and disposed it safely.
The third encounter started when I have asked her to give me a BJ, this was with out any condom. She started to suck but I was pressing my penis hard into her mouth so she had some vomiting sensation and subsequently had vomited in the wash room. After a gap of 5 minutes I asked her to give me a blowjob again, I was lying on my back and she began to give BJ from the top I could feel her saliva flowing down my penis and also fear some might have entering thru the opening. It all happened for 2-3 minutes and I stopped her for doing any thing.
By this time, I felt I have committed the biggest mistake and feeling guilty. All the action ended by 12:30 at night and I could not sleep because of the fear I have been infected with HIV, at 2.30 mid night I have washed my penis with my own urine as I recall some body have told me that it is the greatest antiseptic, followed by another wash with fresh water immediately.
I cannot comment on the status of that CSW, may be she was HIV +ve because she was not educated and have also shared that she had few unprotected sex before also.
Next day I have collected some information on HIV and their symptoms from internet. All the information pointed to a common conclusion that the clinical test done after 3 months can only confirm your actual status.
Believe me, from the day of possible exposure I am not able to concentrate on any thing. I have been maintaining distance with my wife stating one or other reason and shall maintain distance till the 3rd month get to do the HIV test and wait for the result. I do not want to infect my wife with HIV.
Day after the possible exposure I have been documenting the changes in me.
2nd day I had inflammation in my penis,4th day tongue had numb sensation as if got burnt. 5th day had mild cough,8th day had slight pain under the right armpit. These all continued for single day.
12th day slight pain on the tonsils and slight sore throat,13th day sever pain in my leg,20th day crack (burning sensation) on the lower lips,21st day cracks (burning sensation)on upper lips (these lasted for single day).
22nd day developed ulcer in the throat and was unable to drink warm liquid and difficult to swallow food for next 2 days.
24th day felt pain under the right armpit but unable to feel any lump or any rash but very uncomfortable,
32nd day Inflammation felt in the testis for 2 days.37th day felt pinch in my neck,40th day felt the same pain as on 24th day.
Upto 28th days I have lost 2.5 Kgs. Currently I have gained the same lost weight.
Except flu, diarrhea and swollen lymph nodes symptoms I had experiencing most of the symptoms, today after 50 days of exposure I have sore throat which feels I have HIV infection.
I have read most of the comments by LL but still I feel I am infected.
If I am found to be positive after 90 days, can you please help me finding good medication because I do not trust the medical facilities prevailing in our country. I want to spend more years with my family.
